Refund and Cancellation Policy
New memberships and packages include a 10-day cooling-off period from the signing date during which cancellations are allowed.
- A cancellation within this period will incur a deduction of 10% of the paid amount or Rs. 4800/- (whichever is higher), plus any bank charges.
- The remaining 90% of the paid amount will be refunded within 120 working days after the cooling-off period.
- Cancellation requests must be sent in writing via registered or speed post to the Chief Processing Officer at Country Club, Central Customer Care, Begumpet, Hyderabad – Telangana 500016.
- Email or other informal cancellation requests will not be accepted.
- After the cooling-off period, all fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) or reservations are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
